Cancellation Rights

Consumers have a cancellation right according to the following explanations. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Sabrina Witteck, Asbachtal 58, 45257 Essen, Email: info@brinabellina.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model cancellation form for this. However, this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.


Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will use the same payment method for the repayment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances I will charge you any fees for the repayment.”


Exemptions to the right to cancel

The cancellation right does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly customized to the personal needs of the consumer.
